How to send payment

Rio Carnival Services (RCS Viagens e Turismo) offers the possibility of wire transfer for anyone who cannot pay on-line with his credit/debit cards.

Open an account (Rio Carnival page) with the name and e-mail address of the person who will receive the Rio Carnival products in Rio de Janeiro. Then try to purchase the desired items with the card issued by a big bank, which is most likely to have adopted the latest and safest procedures of on-line authentication (our system's requirement). If your payment is not approved by our payment processing company (VISA/CIELO), you could wire us the amount due in the currency of your preference to the following account:

Send the wire transfer on the day of your simulated transaction, to have the correct prevailing prices and total amount due. In the message section, indicate the order number assigned to your simulated and cancelled transaction. The very same day, also send us an e-mail from the e-mail address registered with us to confirm that your payment has been sent and copy your order details from your simulated order on your Rio Carnival page into the body of your e-mail.

Bank transfers sent from abroad usually take 5 working days to arrive in Brazil. As soon as we have received your payment, we will send you a written confirmation of your purchase and add your products to your Rio Carnival page.
