Refund


If you wish a refund for any of your refundable items before the cut-off time, the account holder should e-mail us his request from the same e-mail address registered with us. Please note, that a refund is only applicable if the request is approved, the letter containing all necessary information: order number, cardholder's name, account holder's name, etc.

I request a refund for the following items of mine:
Number and name of item as given on your confirmation
Order #: Order number as given on your confirmation
Pay refund into the account of: Name as printed on the card used for the payment

I understand and accept that (as stated in your Terms and Conditions of Sales)

  • I will be refunded according to the deadline table, presented in the cancellation policy
  • after the refund I will loose all my rights to these items and the involved services and you will not deliver them.
