How to request a refund
The person under whose name we hold the tickets* can apply for a refund of any of his/her tickets, until 2 months after the purchase and 6 weeks before Carnival (whichever date is earlier).
To apply, this person* should e-mail us the Refund Request on the other side of this page, from the same e-mail address registered with PayPal or with us.
Just copy and past the Refund Request into a new e-mail to us and overwrite what is in bold and in parentheses.
We will send the refund by PayPal in 1-5 working days.
* usually the buyer unless a change has been made
