How to change the name or e-mail address on file

Every ticket sold is associated with a unique name* and e-mail address on file. The person under whose name we hold the ticket* can apply for the change of any of these details.

To apply, this person* should e-mail us the Change of Details Request on the other side of this page, from the same e-mail address registered with PayPal or with us.
Just copy and past your request into a new e-mail to us and overwrite what is in bold and in parentheses.

We will confirm the change.


* usually the buyer unless a change has been made
