How to change tickets
The person under whose name we hold the tickets* can apply for the change of any of his/her tickets, until 2 months after the purchase and 6 weeks before Carnival (whichever date is earlier).
To apply, he/she should e-mail us the Ticket Change Request on the other side of this page, from the same e-mail address registered with PayPal or with us.
Just copy and past the request into a new e-mail to us and overwrite what is in bold and in parentheses.
If approved, we will send the invoice/refund for the price difference. Subject to availability and prices at the time of arrival of the Request. There is an administration fee of US$15.00 for the change.
